Today's manu is Yukhoe-bibimbap_beef tartare bibimbap_육회비빔밥. I guess some of you can't eat this type of raw meat? I undertand it could be a bit strange food to some of you. Then please just enojy this posting to understand part of our Korean food culture :) But I have to tell you... This is one of my favorite dishes! Shall we go see how it is?

| How to eat? Put the rice in the big bowl with Yukhoe. |

| Put the Gochujang_red pepper paste sauce_고추장 in the bowl as much as you want. |

Some of you might be wonder how much of Gochujang_red pepper paste sauce_고추장 you need to put in the bibimbap. I would say there is no absolute amount. But in my case, I put 1-2 spoons :) The Yukhoe_beef tartare is served with a lot of vegetable together in the same bowl. With all the side dishes, I believe this could be good balanced meal!
Some restaurants serve only little amount of beef... But this place is famous for serving reasonable amount of beef :) If you like eating beef, this place will be a great choice for you! Most of other menus here are also served in big amount. So if you want to try meat in reasonable price and amount, visit here!
